Terms and Conditions

The following outlines the terms and conditions of using the services provided by and connected to this business - ABN: 58 201 447 927.

1 Agreement

1.1 By utilising the services of the business you agree to these terms and conditions, and understand and accept that you can be held responsible for any breaches to the outlined terms of use in this agreement.

2 Requesting Lessons

2.1 When a response to a lesson request is given, there is no obligation for the business to provide reasoning for the response.

3 Payment for Lessons

3.1 Payments are to be made in advance of all lessons. If payment has not been made for a lesson in sufficient time before the lesson, the business holds the right to provide a notice of cancellation.

3.2 All purchases made are final, the business holds no obligation to provide a refund for any reason. If the client believes there are extreme circumstances that should entitle them to a refund, it is at the discretion of the business to assess the claim and act accordingly.

3.3 The client is free to reschedule future bookings at least one week ahead of time, if this timeframe is not met, there are financial penalties applicable as follows:

3.3.1 If the client gives less than 24 hours of notice that they will be rescheduling a lesson, they are required (upon request) to pay the full price of the original lesson.

3.3.2 If the client gives more than 24 hours but less than 7 days of notice that they will be rescheduling a lesson, they are required (upon request) to pay half of the original lesson price.

4 Teaching Materials

4.1 If at any stage the student is provided with teaching materials (such as study guides or practice exam questions), they are intended purely for personal use and are not to be reproduced or redistributed (unless they have received approval from the tutor).
